Q: Can I email to place order?
A:No, we only accept walk in order and online order, except for custom order.
Q: How do I proceed to pay for my order?
A: For online order, you can pay by online bank transfer, or offline bank transfer. Please noted that for offline bank transfer, you need to notify us (WhatsApp to 019-2433249) your bank transfer receipt, then only we will proceed your order.
Q: Can I pay upon collection of my order?
A: No, all payment have to be cleared before we proceed with your order.

Q: Can I request a special finishing or special requirement for my orders?
A: Yes, before you place the order, kindly contact us at ankprinting.co@gmail.com or call us at 019-2433249 to request new quotation base on your enquiry, we will try our best to assist you.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order? (No refundable/returnable cash after payment.)
A: NO. Customers need to double check the order before you place order, artwork does not allow to be changed after the order is placed. A&K Printing will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.
We will only accept return requests if we delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes.
Notes : Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery as we will make sure the package is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages.
Q: Do you offer artwork, design services?
A: No. we do not have any design service, the customer have to prepare ready to print artwork.
Q: Does A&K Printing provide artwork color proof checking services before printing?
A: No. We do not have any color guarantee, unless you printed a color proof in our company before you batch order with the same material and the same machine, the color proof must be brought back to us, when you order in bulk, you must bring back the color proof so that we can compare, we will let you know whether we can follow the same color or not, please note that even there is clear proof we cannot ensure will be 100% same with the previous order. A&K Printing cannot be held liable for color variations between jobs printed in different batches at different ordering periods
Q: Will the color of my printed product match 100% of the original color of my artwork?
A: NO. The outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. The level of difference however is subject from the printing company to the printing company. Normally the outcome color range is different within 10% -20%.
Q: What file format should I use to save my artwork?
A: JPG/JPEG (in actual size) CMYK Colour mode, for Die cut sticker product only, please ready your artwork in .Ai format with die cut line. Please noted that we prefer JPG/JPEG file formats in CMYK colour mode, if customer insist using any other file formats such as .ai, .psd, .png etc, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage of images or artwork that occurs in conversions from any other file formats to JPEG file formats.
Q: Does A&K Printing guarantee on time delivery of my goods?
A: While we are committed to the timely delivery of goods to our customer, we cannot guarantee you 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies, quantity of your order and the efficiency of the courier service.
Q: Does A&K Printing guarantee all of the printed material sizes will be 100% accurate?
A: NO. All of the finished goods may not be 100% in actual size, some of the material will be different in 0.5inches – 2inches due to the different type of finishing and the size of the material.
Q: Does A&K Printing proof check your artwork before print?
A: NO. We cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork error goes undetected. Such as errors of missing font, missing linked file, CMYK over 250%, RGB color / Pantone color, image less than 300dpi, line less than 0.25pts, font less than 8pts, less than 10% different for toning effect as well as grammar mistakes and object missing due to overprint setting.
Q: Does all of the order can be ready in 3 working days?
A: NO. Our normal processing day is 3 working days (calculate start from the next day), if your order quantity is huge it need more time to complete, the processing day might be extended, if there is any delay in your order we will inform you.
Q: What units of measurement should I prepare for printing order?
A: We prefer size in feets, our website do have size converter for your convenience.
Q: What is the cut off time for urgent order and normal order?
A: Our cut off time for normal 3 working days and urgent next working day order is 6pm, for same day order is before 4pm.
